Matt and I had the pleasure of spending a few glorious fall days in DC last weekend... we seriously could not have dreamed up more perfect weather. And of course, true to form, we toured every major attraction in our signature whirlwind fashion...
This trip really made me sit back and realize how lucky we are. We have the opportunity and the means to travel and explore to our hearts' desire, and for that I am so grateful.... traveling with your best friend is usually truly the sweetest experience!

great pics, lauren! i love the ones of you guys walking away from the camera... did you just set it on the ground and use a self timer? what a better way at capturing a picture of you two than holding the camera yourself and getting a way too close closeup!
