Introducing...

Afternoon!
You may have noticed a new little button on my sidebar over there....

After a few weekends of playing around with these beautiful antique windows, I decided to share the love.

The frames are cleaned up, refinished, and distressed by hand. The glass is treated with reflective paint to give it the most lovely, vintage charm.

This one is my favorite, I think... That original, chippy white paint is dreeeeeamy.

I have sold a few already and I can hardly believe it! I'm flattered and totally humbled.
Oooh what fun it's been already... I hope you'll check it out!

One Wild and Precious Life

I know I have been MIA recently... not only have we been uber-busy,  but we've been back and forth to Georgia, handling some matters, and spending some much needed time with my sweet family.

We've got a big summer ahead of us... the hotels are booked and arrangements have been made.

First up, Fripp Island, South Carolina with Matt's family...

And Savannah, Georgia for our 2 year anniversary. We splurged a bit on this trip, and booked the nicest room on the river. Why not?

Then, Mexico Beach, Florida, with my family...

Next up, Chicago, Illinois.  Heading north for a wedding, we decided to make a memory of it and spend a couple of nights in the Windy City.

Then heading northwest to Madison, Wisconsin to hear sweet friends say "I do!"...

I'm so looking forward to this wild and crazy summer... To pack our bags, to see the sights, to try new things. To take more pictures. To navigate an unfamiliar city. To ride on a riverboat. To use a map. To discover the best hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in town. To utilize the transit. To try our first cheese curd. To see true, midwest farmland. To "borrow" Spanish moss from south Georgia trees. To make a road-trip soundtrack. To point and say, "oh! let's live there!" more times than one can count.

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" -Mary Oliver
